Products, availability and price

• The product page and cart identify the product, quantity and selling price in Moroccan dirhams. Checkout amounts are calculated by the server and are not accepted from the browser.
• Only references still eligible at confirmation can form an order. If a product, price or cart changes, a new total must be shown and accepted.
• Specifications, compatibility, manufacturer warranty and box contents are those published for the exact reference; contact support before ordering if unsure.

Order formation

• An account with a verified email is required. The cart remains available during registration and is claimed by the account after sign-in.
• The order is recorded when the server accepts confirmation and displays an ARELVA reference. The receipt keeps the items, amounts, address and accepted policy revisions.
• A repeated submission with the same key does not create a second order; a conflicting change is rejected.

Delivery from Marrakech

• The rate is calculated before confirmation from the locality and server-owned parcel profile. Amana Express serves priced areas; ARELVA arranges unpriced exceptions.
• The delivery amount shown as final and the final total incl. tax are what the customer owes. ARELVA absorbs any later carrier difference and does not increase that total after confirmation.
• The receipt and account show status and a tracking number when assigned. No precise delivery time is promised until it is communicated for the order.

Cash payment on delivery

• The final total is paid to the courier when the order arrives. No online charge is made.
• Checkout asks for no card number, security code, expiry date or bank account. Never send these details by email or messaging.
• The receipt separates product subtotal and delivery; payment remains due for collection until received.

Cancellation, returns and conformity

• The account can request cancellation while fulfilment remains inside the allowed window. If online cancellation has closed, contact support immediately.
• A return request can be opened after delivery according to product eligibility, condition, published terms and mandatory rights.
• Nothing limits guarantees or rights that apply compulsorily. Support confirms the conditions for an accepted return, collection and any refund before the return is sent.
